Job requirements: Fault finding, maintenance and repair of all types of equipment within the company’s product range, including floorcare and other associated equipment. Preparation, testing and delivery of new products. Liaison with customers on site to ensure their needs are met and building positive relationships with them. Testing of completed repairs. Completing and maintaining workflow documentation. Working closely with the service manager and other company staff to provide a high-quality service to customers. Individual requirements: Good electro-mechanical knowledge, aptitude and experience, ideally including battery-powered equipment; combustion engines (diesel; petrol; LPG); hydraulics. May suit an individual currently working in plant hire, agricultural or horticultural engineering, or large domestic appliance repair. Ability to diagnose, fault find and repair. A logical, persistent, methodical and tidy approach to working. Based at Acle with a willingness to travel across the company’s principal operating area of Norfolk and Suffolk for which a company vehicle is provided. Able to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships with a wide range of customers. Benefits: Competitive salary plus overtime. Permanent long-term position.
