If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our leading, well-respected water technologies company, where you will play a pivotal role in providing our clients with best-in-class quality service by offering on-site corrective and preventative maintenance, as well as after-sales technical and commercial support. The position is field-based and requires working on weekends, during public holidays, and being on a rota to provide out-of-hours cover and rapid response. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site corrective and preventative maintenance and offer after-sales technical and commercial support. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the processes, procedures, and systems relevant to assigned tasks. Observe and enforce the Company’s and client’s Health & Safety policies. Carry out commissioning work. Timely completion and submission of risk assessments, work reports, time sheets, and other documentation. Complete site tasks and activities as required. Propose and undertake relevant training approved by your line manager. Understand team integration to achieve overall objectives. Provide feedback on future product development, features, and functions. Regularly update your line manager on issues that may impact the Company financially, reputationally, or operationally. General Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence. Good communication skills, punctuality, presentability, and willingness to learn and develop. Ability to express information clearly and concisely.
