Over 50% (UK and international) Service Engineer Role: An exciting opportunity to provide technical support, repairs, installations, and training for high-tech equipment. As a Service Engineer, you will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction. Service Engineer Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support via helpdesk, email, and site visits. Diagnose, repair, and test faulty equipment. Install and train customers on equipment use. Maintain databases and promote service sales. Service Engineer Required Skills & Experience: HNC/HND in mechanical/electrical subject or equivalent experience. Proficiency with tools, wiring, test equipment, and engineering drawings. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
