Field Service Engineer - Checkweighers - £40,000- £45,000 (DOE) + Benefits - UK wide A leading manufacturer of checkweighers and x-ray machinery is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join their growing team. The role is field-based and will serve contracts across the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience within both mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as experience in commissioning and calibration. The Package: Salary - £40,000- £45,000 (DOE) On-call rota - 1 week in 6 - Paid for 20 additional hours Company vehicle - Car or van Tools, safety equipment, phone, and laptop Necessary training and support Flexible benefits scheme 22 days paid holiday Incentive/bonus scheme - circa £4,000 Responsibilities: Reporting to the UK Service Manager Responsible for ensuring that customers receive the level of service they have come to expect from a premium brand Capable of working alone or in a team to commission, calibrate, or repair the full range of our equipment Qualifications: Experience with inspection machinery, e.g., checkweighers, x-ray, and metal detection Knowledge of the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries Willing to travel throughout the UK with overnight stays as and when required
