The Service Tech Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the functionality and accuracy of electronic and analytical instruments through testing, calibration, and validation processes. This role requires maintaining multiple test stations controlled via PC-based programs and providing service for Keysight products as well as third-party products. In addition to the core responsibilities, the role extends to leveraging data analysis, automation, and tool development to optimise operational processes. The Service Tech Specialist will support operations data performance reporting, implement process automations, and contribute to efficiency and productivity improvements across the service operations team. Responsibilities

Perform testing, calibration, and validation of electronic and analytical instruments, products, and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy. Operate and maintain multiple PC-controlled test stations. Provide on-site or off-site service for Keysight and third-party products. Interpret customer requirements and needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Generate and manage operations data performance reports using SDC reporting functionalities. Develop and implement automation solutions for streamlining operational processes, including data extraction, reporting, and process workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tools that enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving service operations processes and reducing turnaround time (TAT). Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

Knowledge of testing, calibration, and validation of electronic instruments. Familiarity with PC-controlled test stations. Data Analysis Skills:

Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and SDC functionalities. Experience with data visualisation platforms. Automation Proficiency:

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing automation tools and scripts. Project Management:

Experience managing projects, delivering process improvements, and implementing efficiency initiatives. Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Customer Focus:
