SERVICE ENGINEER
Field Based role
Permanent Contract
£32,000 – £37,000 dependant on experience plus Van and Phone
Our client is a family run, well established business that provides services to its clients across the whole of the UK. They work within the Funeral and Mortuary marketplace and their field based engineers provide scheduled and emergency services to their clients' equipment.
You will work independently, visiting the clients scheduled for that day and providing equipment servicing and repairs. This could be hydraulic, wheels or framework related to the trolleys, for example.
Because this role covers the UK, it will be necessary to stay away from home 2 nights per week (expenses fully covered).
You will be required to visit head office one afternoon a week – based in Thatcham, so it’s important that you live within a commutable distance to Thatcham, Berkshire.
Candidates must have experience in servicing equipment or have worked within an engineering environment, although full training over a 6 month period will be given.
