Full Time (40 hours) - Permanent About Us: Ridgeway Facades is a successful, family-owned company specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of glazed aluminium facades. As part of our ongoing commitment to client satisfaction, Ridgeway is expanding its service and maintenance division and is recruiting skilled and trainee service engineers to carry out a variety of maintenance works on aluminium doors, windows, and facades. About the Role: Reporting to the Aftercare and Maintenance Manager, the main purpose of the role will be attending completed projects and carrying out general servicing and maintenance works to ensure all installed products continue to operate as intended. Additionally, there will be a requirement to carry out various repair works and completion of snagging items. Duties and Responsibilities: Travelling to various sites across the UK Assisting the management team with the assessment of issues Carrying out works while minimizing disruption to building users Ensuring all products are left working effectively and to the satisfaction of the customer About You: The ideal candidate must be an enthusiastic team player with attention to detail. A full UK driving licence and valid CSCS card are desirable. Practical knowledge of aluminium facade systems is also desirable, although full training will be provided.
