As a Service Engineer, you will carry out maintenance, repairs and services on our machines to a high standard. In this role as a Service Engineer, you need to have good customer service skills and relevant experience or qualifications within the powered access rental industry You will be responsible for the fault-finding, servicing, repairs and maintenance of a range of powered access equipment within the depot You will possess excellent fault diagnosis and repair skills and the ability to work alone or as part of a skilled team Routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products You will be required to complete all relevant supporting paperwork in line with company procedures Carry out refurbishment of equipment and products where necessary Promote teamwork between colleagues across all depots, to ensure delivery of an effective workshop performance Liaise with the Depot and Engineering Management when spare parts are required to ensure cost effective repairs Ensure service records are maintained and updated in line with Company procedures Adhere to company guidelines on Health & Safety at Work Adhere to damage recharge process, ensuring that all damage is highlighted Maintain and ensure maximum productivity in line with company targets Represent the company and values of the business and portray a professional and business-like image to all customers, potential customers and other people you meet in the course of your work Carry out other tasks and duties as required The ideal candidate will:

Have relevant qualifications and proven experience gained within the Construction Industry Be experienced in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics and diagnostic fault finding Be able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure Good interpersonal skills and understanding of the importance of excellent customer service For more information or to apply please get in touch with Vicky:
