Readypower Rail Services is a growing rail plant hire company looking for a motivated and experienced Service Engineer/Fitter to support our operations with services, inspections, modifications, and upgrades to our fleet. This is a full-time opportunity based in Caldicot.
The role:
Undertake preventative maintenance tasks in line with the equipment maintenance plans and services schedules
Carry out repair works and planned inspections to determine whether plant and equipment is fit for purpose. This includes modifications and upgrades of plant and machinery
Complete maintenance records fully and in a timely manner
Assist with depot workshop maintenance
Requirements:
Experience in a similar field of a minimum of two years
Good understanding of English
Passionate, hardworking, and driven
A full, clean driving licence
Desirable:
A CSCS card, PTS/ Sentinel card
Level 2 in plant maintenance
Credited Certification for LOLER
