Service Engineers Commercial Dishwasher / White Goods – London Mobile role £36,000 – £39,000 plus uncapped overtime and door-to-door travel pay! Company vehicle, phone, and tablet provided Driver required I am recruiting for skilled Service Engineers to assist customers in Central London; this role is also known as a Dishwasher Technician or Commercial Dishwashing Equipment Technician. Duties: You will install, service, repair, and troubleshoot commercial glass/dishwashing machines and related equipment. You will be working with customers and machines in commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food service establishments, ensuring that dishwashing equipment is in full working order and functioning to a high standard. It is essential that you live inside the M25 to ensure an easy commute to your London-based clients. Key responsibilities include: Equipment Installation, Maintenance, and Repairs Documentation – Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities, including parts used and labor hours; prepare service reports Customer Service Safety and Compliance Skills & Qualifications: Any training or formal technical training/certification in appliance repair or a related field is preferred Current or recent experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial dishwashing or bottle washing equipment is essential Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment Full UK driver’s license Capable of using mobile technology such as tablets and smart appliances due to the requirements of the customer portals and accessing technical information As an engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of commercial kitchens. The purpose of this role is to ensure that dishwashing equipment functions optimally, preventing disruptions to operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
