37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm Contract type:

Full-time The role The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering personalised housing plans, and supporting clients in accessing specialist services. Key responsibilities include supervising Housing Support Officers, managing benefits and complex cases, handling complaints, and coordinating maintenance issues. The position requires regular reporting on voids, evictions, and arrears, ensuring high standards in service quality. Additional duties involve ensuring team coverage, safeguarding, data protection, recruitment, training, and maintaining effective communication with clients and agencies. Minimum Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least two years of team management experience, excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently. They should be compassionate in supporting vulnerable clients and knowledgeable in essential Health & Safety standards, including first aid and hygiene protocols.
