Neath Port Talbot Role Purpose: Lead and develop the Housing Related Support service to deliver high quality person-centred services across Neath Port Talbot. Mentor and line manage the Floating Support, Engagement Outreach team, and volunteers within a supportive framework. Carry a reduced Floating Support caseload of tenants to ensure the effective maintenance of tenancies. Work as a key member of the team providing varying levels of tenancy support to people who use substances and have complex needs, aged 18 years plus. Experience: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, ILM, Providing supervision
