We are looking to recruit a

Service Leader

to join our Team working on a busy contract we have with a major client in London. Reporting to the Branch Director, the successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for organising and managing a team of engineers, providing maintenance visits and breakdown cover for a defined customer portfolio and ensuring outstanding results in customer satisfaction, repair sales, portfolio growth and MTBC rates and fulfilment of contractual obligation. This is a permanent and full time role based out of our Northfleet Office. Duties & Responsibilities:

Optimising the engineers, by planning maintenance visits, route organisation, assigning/delegating appropriate workloads and training Lead, motivate, develop and direct team Assure defined processes and rules are followed and stable performance is achieved in fulfilment of the Service tasks Carrying out audits on 70% of maintenance units Generate leads, offer and sell Repairs Building a strong relationship with the customer All employees are required to work in accordance with established Company Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current UK legal requirements and Schindler Group safety requirements Employees must comply with Company Health & Safety requirements and set a personal example of safe behaviour Employees will be required to contribute to the Company safety objectives, where necessary by maintaining/monitoring current safety systems under their direct control and implementing agreed changes (where applicable) to Schindler Ltd occupational health and safety management system Candidate Requirements:

Lift Industry experience and product knowledge Degree or equivalent in engineering or possess electro-mechanical experience and/or general management, with a solid track record of leading, managing and motivating team members within an Existing Installation Field operations escalator environment, along with proven experience in selling repairs/contracts. Proven relevant experience inside EI Field Escalator Operation in the industry or outside industry where similar duties have been previously performed. Proven experience in leading, managing and motivating a team. Proven experience in selling Repairs or/and contracts Good understanding of SAP and common business tools i.e. MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and sound decision making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Good problem-solving skills What’s in it for you?
