A background in running a successful workshop or parts department Experience of working in a fast-paced, target driven environment Impressive leadership skills, able to motivate a team to work together and exceed targets Strong business acumen, alongside great knowledge of consumer and vehicle legislation A passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service, and putting smiles on faces!
