We are currently looking for an IT Service Management (ITSM) Specialist and ServiceNow Administrator to design and implement a suite of dashboards in ServiceNow Platform Analytics to provide real-time visibility into key SLA metrics. This role requires an active SC clearance. Roles:
IT Service Management Specialist:
Lead SLA analysis, define KPIs, and ensure dashboards align with business goals. ServiceNow Administrator:
Configure and implement dashboards within ServiceNow, ensuring real-time visibility and data accuracy. Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define SLA metrics and reporting needs. Dashboard Design: Create user-friendly dashboards for self-service incidents and P1-P5 assignments. Data Configuration: Set up accurate data sourcing and metrics in ServiceNow. Testing and Validation: Ensure dashboards meet SLA targets and stakeholder expectations. Access Control: Implement role-based permissions for tailored data visibility. Documentation and Training: Provide setup documentation and train users on dashboard usage. Continuous Improvement: Suggest enhancements to SLA tracking and ServiceNow analytics. This ensures real-time SLA visibility, improved performance, and efficient service management.
