Our client, a leading authority in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Service Management Governance Lead to join their team in Samlesbury on a contract basis. This role is pivotal within the Air Business Unit, focusing on IT Service Management, ensuring robust governance and compliance across service delivery frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing IT service management governance structures and policies Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards Overseeing service delivery processes to maintain high performance and quality Collaborating with internal teams to align service management with business needs Providing guidance and support on service management best practices Managing risk identification and mitigation strategies within service governance Monitoring and reporting on service management metrics and KPIs Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the service management framework Job Requirements:
