We are recruiting two Service Management Platform Specialists on initial 12 month fixed term contracts, due to the implementation of an exciting new enterprise Service Management tool. The main purpose of the role is to efficiently support the rollout of the new platform and continue to maintain the day-to-day activities post project completion.

This role can be based from any of our UK offices (locations here) and our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.

Candidate Overview

We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent experience of administration and troubleshooting of a Service Management system including building ITIL workflows and creating ticket forms (no coding required)
  • Experience in implementation / change projects within a complex organisation
  • Extensive experience in queue management, responding to incidents, queries, or requests within the urgency of the submission
  • Ability to manage various stakeholder (Suppliers, users, team members etc) to ensure all milestones are met on time and a high level of adoption.
