Moreover, they meet the Department for Education’s standards for practice leaders and supervisors, indicating a proficiency in guiding and mentoring other professionals. Furthermore, this person excels at fostering a positive and forward-thinking environment, capable of inspiring staff, children, and families towards sustainable change. They demonstrate a commitment to upholding best practice, regularly engaging in reflective practice and using evidence-based methods. They are proactive in ensuring children’s needs are met, adept at considering long-term consequences of decisions, and skilled at navigating sensitive situations.
