Ensuring through monitoring that our young people are being offered opportunities to complete activities they may never have had the chance to do before. Ensuring staff supervisions are completed on a regular basis along with annual appraisals. Attending professional meetings such as CLA Reviews, PEP meetings, EHCP reviews, TAC meetings, and placement planning - the candidate must have experience in this area. On call on a rolling rota with the current Service Managers and RI & Ops Manager.
