Service Manager - Remote with occasional travel to London - 650-800 per day inside ir35 - 4 months+ All applicants must hold an active SC clearance. This is a part-time role, requiring 2/3 days a week. My client, a global IT consultancy, is looking for a Service Manager to join a central government client of theirs. They are looking for a candidate who will be able to perform the following activities: An SME in Service Management with good communication skills, able to work well with technical specialists and technical information. A candidate who can support and bring experience of defining a new Service Support framework. We are looking for someone who can provide quality inputs into the design of a future support service. A candidate who can define the required Roles and Responsibilities needed for the delivery of the new Service Support framework. A candidate who can work with the non-policing organisations and their service support managers to define how the different teams will work together in a future support environment. Work effectively with the Project Manager to contribute to the fulfilment of the required project governance. It would be beneficial to have a candidate who has exposure and is comfortable working in service support where networks and network connectivity have been a key part of the service. Requirements: An ITIL certification/qualification Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
