What the role involves
- At Voyage Care , we support thousands of people across the UK with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex needs.
- Leading the integration of acquisitions and large tender wins , ensuring services are embedded successfully.
- Driving continuous improvement across complex, multi‑site services at a regional and national level.
- Partner closely with Operations teams to deliver quality, compliance and performance.
- Supporting due diligence and post‑integration activity as part of our growth strategy.
- Maintaining Voyage Care’s position at the forefront of quality care provision.
Skills and requirements
- Represent Voyage Care locally and nationally when required.
- This role involves regular nationwide travel and overnight stays – a full UK driving licence is essential.
- Previous experience in health or social care (essential).
Confirmed role details
- Remote when not in service.
- 25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays.
