We are looking for a Service Partnerships Lead who is strategic, adaptable and collaborative to join our team, based in our Slough campus, Berkshire, United Kingdom. About the role You will ensure that services and pathways are optimised to allow patients to receive the right patient solution at the right time and have the best experience of care. Additionally, you will be an expert on Healthcare processes, understand its relevance to position UCB optimally in healthcare systems and share this knowledge within the organisation to enable colleagues to be successful in their day-to-day activities. Who you’ll work with You will report to the Head of Epilepsy and Rare Diseases and the Head of Market Access & Pricing. You’ll also build long-term strategic relationships with key regional decisions makers, budget holders, commissioners and HCPs and other relevant stakeholders. What you’ll do Develop robust system insights to support UCBs healthcare knowledge capability. Be an internal expert on the healthcare system and service behaviours, sharing knowledge in ways that will make everyone more successful. Identify & develop service transformation solutions, focusing on creating triple collaborative opportunities (UCB/NHS customer and the patient) resulting in the removal of barriers. Identify and develop the generation of innovative value-based contracts and datasets that support the immunology portfolios and improve patient care. Act as strategic support and subject matter expert on effective approaches that meet the needs of different NHS decision makers. Understand the needs, interests, and drivers of value for key service stakeholders and their key performance indicators. Develop key account relationships to build collaborations/partnerships and networks across the health system ecosystem to drive change. Lead the delivery of improvement to the number of MG, DS & LGS services; working with local influencers to understand how national policy initiatives & datasets relate to service development. Expertise to drive strategic transversal support/advice provision to the wider business where appropriate. Develop Programmes and solutions aimed at individual customer needs. Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills Experience in Neurology, preferably in Epilepsy and/or rare diseases. Substantial Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Exposure to external scientific/ clinical experts, professional bodies.
