Northern Ireland . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has some exposure to sales and wants to grow their career. (While we are ideally seeking candidates with solution-based sales experience, we would also be keen to speak with Fire or Security System Engineers (Service, Install or Commissioning) who are looking to move into sales.) Job Description This is a hybrid role where you will be required to be in the office 2 days per week. Develop and cultivate new customer relationships within your territory in line with your individual sales plan. Design fire & life safety systems in line with customer requirements and government regulations. Achieve and exceed monthly/annual targets for installation order value, gross margin, and recurring revenue. Lead demand-generating activities in an assigned market for the product specialty. Build a sales pipeline to support the monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for growth. Qualifications Possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Be self-motivated, with the resilience to achieve targets and bring in additional opportunities. Have previous sales experience in the fire and security arena (field-based preferred but not essential). Engineers welcome from a fire or security-oriented background. Technical, solution-based sales background. Strong territory management and sales planning skills. Current UK driving licence. Additional Information Basic salary up to £30k.
