Service Sales Manager

to join the business. You will be managing a team of 8 sales professionals, both internal and field-based, and will have an incredible opportunity to develop both your team and customers nationally. They are offering an impressive salary package circa £65k to £70k with a £650 Car Allowance and an additional 20% bonus.

The candidate's location will ideally be Midlands-based, in close proximity to Sheffield, as 2 days a week will be in the office with the internal sales team.

Key Responsibilities of the Service Sales Manager:

Define and implement KPIs for team members and regularly monitor performance in line with the metrics. Manage ongoing relationships and further development of FM businesses throughout the UK. Work closely with the UK Head of Service to achieve targeted results annually. Lead and develop the external service sales team to achieve the required results. Provide relevant training to help the external service sales team achieve their best potential. Take full line management responsibility and work closely with HR when required.

Requirements of the Role:

Experienced Service Sales Manager is required. FM background is essential. An excellent people manager who can help drive sales and performance. Experience in managing large accounts and completing tenders.
