Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service. Dexterity and an interest in diagnosing/troubleshooting to establish suitable solutions. Curious mindset with the ability to learn. Flexibility to pick up a manual and gain in-depth knowledge around the products. Ability to work on your own initiative with self-motivation.
