Daily duties are likely to involve:
Overseeing the department where the highest level of customer service is paramount.
Support with technical product repair queries over the phone and possibly face to face locally if required.
Reviewing and processing warranty repairs, which will include:
Speaking to customers, engineers, and dealers to coordinate repairs, including ETAs, and being involved in the process from start to completion.
Ensuring there is sufficient stock for any current or future repairs. Processing the necessary paperwork and invoices accordingly. In return, what we need from you: Similar experience in an electronic engineering role. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service. Dexterity and an interest in diagnosing/troubleshooting to establish suitable solutions. Curious mindset with the ability to learn. Flexibility to pick up a manual and gain in-depth knowledge around the products. Ability to work on your own initiative with self-motivation.
