Safetykleen is currently looking for a Service Team Leader to join our West London team and contribute to our mission of providing safe, sustainable solutions to our clients. Position Overview

As a Service Team Leader at Safetykleen, you will oversee a team of service technicians and ensure the successful completion of industrial part cleaning services. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your leadership skills will be crucial in motivating and developing your team to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Coordinate and schedule service assignments, ensuring timely and efficient service completions. Maintain a strong focus on safety, adhering to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and resolving any issues or concerns. Monitor and track team performance metrics, implementing strategies to optimise productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Conduct regular safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks to promote a safety-first culture. Prepare reports on service activities, including safety incidents, and customer satisfaction. Benefits of Service Team Leader

Previous management experience in a service-led industry. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure. Exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders. Proficiency in using relevant software, such as scheduling tools and reporting systems.
