Manage the front of house operations including a team of 4 Service Advisors and 1 Administrator. Manage team performance, individual performance, WIP, KPI’s, time management, and organisation of the team. Understanding, setting, and tracking of KPI’s of a Service department and team. Deliver top level customer service and ability to handle complaints professionally. Deal with all customers in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the service department. Covering the Service Advisor role during times of holidays or sickness. Helping the department cross-sell Service Plans, Tyres, and other work needed. Helping finalize the invoice on completion of required work. Your Background & Skills:
Someone eager to progress to Service Manager level who wants to prove themselves in the role. Proven experience working in a busy and demanding dealership, as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Team Leader, or Assistant Service Manager. Top level customer skills and experience are essential. Well-presented with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to build rapport and create lasting relationships with customers (which lead to customer loyalty and referrals). Excellent leadership and communication skills.
