Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings, 8:00 am - 12:30 pm

Job Overview: Service Team Leader required for our Client's well-established Automotive business based in the Ilkeston area.
Responsibilities:
Dealing directly with customers Liaising with the Technicians and Workshop Controller to provide great customer service Responding to customer requests and concerns Tracking the vehicle through the workshop, updating the customer at all times, and scheduling services Mentoring, coaching, and leading by example to existing members of staff in your service team
Requirements: Previous working experience within a Service Team Leader capacity Outstanding Management skills Technically minded Ability to get things done without compromising on service delivered
