Our Client is a well-known mechanical services company who are currently looking to recruit a new Service & Technical Manager. Your day-to-day duties will involve the management and upkeep of Air Con and Refrigeration units for Clients in the Scientific and Life Sciences industry. Our Client is based in Newbury.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Maintaining contracts by offering Clients a first-class service
Regular Client meetings
Scheduling work for Engineers, including PPM's & Repairs
Completing RAMS
Organising quotes for remedial works
Selling new maintenance packages to prospective Clients
The successful candidate will need to have relevant knowledge including Fgas, Pat Testing and Air Con.
This is primarily an office-based role with occasional visits to Client sites. Hours of work are Monday to Friday.
