Position Summary:
Under general supervision, performs skilled and semi-skilled technical work for the Fleet Services Department. Work involves performing basic maintenance of equipment and vehicles throughout the County during the workday.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic maintenance of equipment and vehicles. Have a basic knowledge of air conditioning systems. Understand direct current electrical systems. Exercise initiative and independent judgement in completing assigned tasks. Maintain tact, courtesy, and firmness when interacting with customers and the general public.
