Deliver high-quality work on a variety of models, ensuring all tasks meet the required standards and factory timescales. Customer Communication:

Clearly explain required repairs to customers using easily understood, jargon-free language. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle servicing and repair. Safety & Compliance:

Ensure all work is carried out safely, in line with company, brand, and industry guidelines. Problem-Solving:

Evaluate vehicle conditions, identify issues, and recommend additional work when necessary. What We’re Looking For: To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Qualification:

Level 3 IMI Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent), with a passion for the automotive industry. Experience:

Previous experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician. Brand accreditation is beneficial but not essential (training will be provided). Customer-Centric Attitude:

A focus on providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. Clear Communicator:

Ability to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way. Problem-Solving Skills:

Organised, methodical, and able to think on your feet. Full UK Driving License:
