Service Technician/MOT Tester

£31,000 per annum plus monthly bonus
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (40 hours per week) Saturday: 8.00 am to 12.00 pm on a rota basis Flexibility required to suit the needs of the business
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Technician and MOT Tester to join a dynamic team at a reputable commercial vehicle centre in the Bilston area.
Key Responsibilities: Perform repairs and servicing of commercial motor vehicles accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate vehicle servicing and repairs. Detect and diagnose additional faults requiring further attention. Adhere to safety protocols, manufacturer standards, and industry guidelines. Complete all work to ensure customer satisfaction. Contribute to achieving high standards of process efficiency and customer service.
Candidate Requirements: Proven experience working on VAG vehicles (preferred). Current MOT Tester certification for Class 4 & 7 vehicles (essential). Demonstrated ability to coach and share knowledge effectively.
