Service Technician Opportunity
Goldman & Fine Group has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Technician to join a successful auto repair centre. Our client offers a very attractive salary, benefits, and an excellent working environment in Bishops Stortford, Essex. If applicants are able to be an MOT Tester, this is an advantage but not essential. Previous experience in a similar role, along with strong teamwork and communication skills, is required. You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with exciting products. Responsibilities:
Carrying out servicing and repairing vehicles 4-wheel alignments Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control Conducting quality inspections Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels Maintaining good housekeeping standards Keeping and updating orderly records and paperwork Minimum Requirements:
Be thorough and meticulous Work effectively and efficiently Be flexible Have a proven ability to work under pressure Demonstrate quality and H&S awareness Display excellent customer service skills Communicate well with colleagues, managers, and customers Have a full, valid UK driving licence How to Apply:
