Cardiff

Permanent Full Time

Basis. The focus of this role is to carry out the maintenance, repairs and testing of equipment including beds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, motorised scooters and a wide range of medical equipment and health aids.

Role Responsibilities:

Completing repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service

Preparing clear and concise service records

Maintaining the company vehicle in a good condition

Ensuring van inventory is adequate to complete required repairs

Maintaining a neat and tidy personal presentation at all times

Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy

Role Requirements:

Mechanical or Service Technician background preferred, but not essential

Field experience preferably within the Healthcare or service-related sector

A strong desire to achieve a high level of professional customer service

The ability and desire to understand the customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions

A high standard of communication skills

The ability to work independently, whilst contributing to the team results

Strong time management and punctuality skills

Current and valid Driver’s License

Fully maintained Company Van
