We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles and systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and systems to prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshoot technical problems efficiently and effectively, providing timely solutions.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in service management.
Experience
Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally.
A valid driver's licence is advantageous.
Relevant certifications or training in technical fields will be considered an asset.
