Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue service opportunities within the role.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers, ensuring outstanding client service.
  • Support tenders and quotations by providing technical service insights.
  • Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and provide remote support for client operations.
  • Develop and review work packages, RAMS, and project documentation.
  • Conduct installation and preventive maintenance of telecommunication systems, including PAGA, Tetra, VHF, CCTV, and networking equipment.
  • Supervise onshore and offshore projects, ensuring safe and efficient operations.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in telecom services within the energy sector.
  • Operations & Maintenance Experience: Familiarity with O&M in oil, gas, or renewables, and project delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communicator who can liaise effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to manage, plan, and prioritize own workload.
  • Hands-On Skills: Experience producing work packages and supervising technical installations.
  • Offshore Readiness: Willingness to travel and work offshore as part of routine operations.


Qualifications

  • Technical service background in telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with developing method statements and risk assessments.
  • Capacity and willingness to travel globally, including extensive offshore time.
