This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of their ambition to be a data and technology driven industry leader of the future. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of their Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborating with various stakeholders across the organisation, you will implement and optimise CMDB processes, ensuring efficient IT service delivery and operational excellence. Opportunity to influence and work on process improvement and tool improvements Training budget for personal development and certifications Hybrid working model with up to 60% remote work What you'll do: Deliver improvements to our existing ServiceNow instance and Business as Usual operations Identify new opportunities for leveraging the functionality offered in the latest versions of ServiceNow Take part in the development work and operations of the ServiceNow team to deliver enhancements, projects, and day-to-day maintenance of CMDB Work alongside the CMDB lead and ServiceNow product Owner to implement and maintain best practices for data governance, quality, and consistency Stand up and maintain integrations and data sources following best practices and adhering to subscription levels Act as the SME in ServiceNow discovery setting up IRE rules, data policies, mid server configuration and maintenance etc. Work effectively with IT teams, business units, and other stakeholders Work collaboratively with the team following the Agile methodology and help the product owner to deliver the road map What you bring: Experience working as a ServiceNow CMDB administrator (beneficial) Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (beneficial) Experience with ITSM processes including CMDB and frameworks (e.g., ITIL) Exposure with data governance and quality management practices Knowledge of Performance Analytics Involvement in ITOM Discovery Configuration What sets this company apart: Our client is committed to cultivating a culture of inclusion that respects individual strengths, views, and experiences.
