This is an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a Global Investment Bank on a contract until Dec 2025. The ideal candidate will have ServiceNow, ITSM, and Business Analysis experience within the Financial Services industry. What will you be doing? Works closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into process and tool requirements. Captures business requirements in the form of user stories and manages the story backlog. Undertakes research and performs analysis to understand how business areas work with consideration of people, processes, and technology. Assists Process Owners and Process Architects with designing, developing, and implementing the ITAM process. Identifies improvement opportunities, explores feasibility, and analyses the effects of change. Works closely with the wider team from story creation through to implementation. Experience and skills required: Strong and demonstrable experience of ITSM / ESM process requirements capture and design through to implementation. Strong and demonstrable knowledge of the ITAM process. Strong and demonstrable ServiceNow experience. Strong capability and experience of running workshops with stakeholders.
