ServiceNow Developer

to drive the design and development of their IT service management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with a focus on creating custom solutions and optimizing business processes. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Asset Management. Configure ServiceNow workflows, service catalogs, and business rules to meet organizational requirements. Customize and enhance ServiceNow functionality, including integrations with external systems and third-party applications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver innovative solutions. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless user experience and system performance. Document best practices, processes, and solutions for internal knowledge sharing. Skills & Experience: ServiceNow Development:

Proficiency in developing and scripting within the ServiceNow platform, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Workflow design. ServiceNow Modules:

Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB modules. Service Portal Development:

Familiarity with building and customizing Service Portals, as well as UI/UX best practices. Scripting Languages:

Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. ITIL Knowledge:

Understanding of ITIL processes and their integration with ServiceNow. Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable. Problem Solving:

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
