About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and transform them into efficient, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Build and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalogs, portals, and modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability.
  • Perform unit testing and debugging of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Implement best practices for development, configuration, and system upgrades.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (mandatory).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (mandatory).
  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript), workflow creation, and UI customization.
  • Proficient in building and configuring workflows, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and other related modules.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and version management.
