In this hybrid role, you will take charge of defining the product vision and roadmap while also being hands-on in the development of ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Developer & Product Owner: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Gather and analyse business requirements to translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and implement ServiceNow applications and features. Prioritise the product backlog and manage release planning. Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Ongoing support as the product SME. Qualifications: Proven experience in a Product Owner or similar role, ideally within ServiceNow. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, including modules like ITSM and ITOM. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in managing product backlogs. Technical proficiency in ServiceNow development and configuration.
