Hybrid - London Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and implement
ServiceNow ITOM
modules including
Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Orchestration .
Design and develop integrations between
ServiceNow and third-party systems .
Ensure
CMDB health and governance , improving data quality and automation.
Work closely with
stakeholders
to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Create and maintain
technical documentation
for ServiceNow implementations.
Perform
unit testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution .
Ensure adherence to
best practices, coding standards, and security policies .
Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a
ServiceNow Developer , specializing in
ITOM (IT Operations Management) .
Hands-on experience with
Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration .
Strong knowledge of
CMDB architecture and best practices .
Proficiency in
JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, and other web technologies .
Experience with
ServiceNow integrations
using
MID Servers, web services, and scripts .
Understanding of
ITIL processes
and service management principles.
SC Clearance
(active or eligibility required).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a
hybrid environment
and attend the
London office
as required.
