design, implement, and configure ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM) and ITIL workflows. Solution architecture and design:
collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Workflow automation and optimisation:
configure and optimise workflows, business rules, and other ServiceNow components to automate and streamline IT and business processes. Integration and support:
lead the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation and provide ongoing user support.
About You:
Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, focusing on CSM and ITIL workflows. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or similar certifications. Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integration (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub). Experience with ServiceNow orchestration and automation. Familiarity with XML, JSON, and web services. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development pipelines.
