We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading ServiceNow Partner, for a ServiceNow Lead Technical Consultant. This role offers the chance to lead and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with a talented team to drive transformational change for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring quality and alignment with client requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design tailored ServiceNow solutions. Configure and develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise and guidance to both clients and internal teams. Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Ensure adherence to platform best practices, governance, and standards. Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant or similar role. Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), customization, and configuration. Knowledge of integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs) and ServiceNow architecture. ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS (highly desirable). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to lead projects and manage client expectations effectively.
