who can become the subject matter expert and help build and grow a division.

ServiceNow Solutions Consultant responsibilities: Act as the in-house expert for ServiceNow solutions, crafting tailored implementations aligned with industry and vendor best practices. Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales, addressing technical and functional inquiries and conducting scoping sessions. Engage with diverse client stakeholders, from technical SMEs to C-level executives, to define project scope and requirements. Provide expert recommendations for leveraging the ServiceNow platform to address complex client needs. Maintain up-to-date ServiceNow certifications and stay informed on delta releases to ensure best-in-class solution delivery. Share knowledge and mentor team members through webinars, training sessions, and internal documentation. Support implementation partners by ensuring alignment with scoped solutions and best practices. Identify opportunities to expand client relationships, promoting additional ServiceNow application suites and services.
ServiceNow Solutions Consultant skills, traits, and experience: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least one additional major application suite (e.g., ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, CSM, HRSD, or SAMP). Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Consultant or similar role in a professional services environment. At least one (three preferred) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification. ServiceNow Sales and Pre-Sales Accreditation in Platform, ITSM, and at least one specialist area. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to varied audiences. Self-motivated and disciplined, with excellent time management and multitasking capabilities. Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to ongoing learning of ServiceNow and related service delivery solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with external stakeholders, fostering strong client relationships.
