About the role: The Specialized Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of ServiceNow solutions and consulting services within a defined portfolio. The role involves collaborating with Eviden Client Executives and the Large Deal Team to identify and close transformation opportunities, working closely with ServiceNow on joint Go To Market initiatives, and managing the entire sales cycle. The candidates should be eligible to obtain a security clearance to the

BPSS level. Key Responsibilities: Sales Cycle Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities, create and maintain growth plans, understand client challenges, and incorporate them into sales strategies. Own presentations, tender calls, and sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor success to ensure future growth. Focus on upselling and cross-selling additional services or products. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty, and manage activities to maximize revenue within key accounts. Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations. Collaboration and Coordination: Work with partners, suppliers, and internal teams on sales opportunities, providing comprehensive Statements of Work, pricing, and configurations to meet client needs. Accurately forecast and report sales activity using a CRM tool. Required Skills & Experience: In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Service Management solutions or cloud software solutions and ability to articulate their business value. Proven sales skills with a focus on upselling and cross-selling, guiding customers through the decision-making process to close deals. Strong customer relationship management skills, with experience in managing key accounts to maximize revenue. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strong sales plan, driving new revenues through business development and account growth. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with all levels of stakeholders. Experience in forecasting and reporting sales activity. Requirements: Proven experience in software and services sales. Experience selling complex SaaS solutions, preferably in the Enterprise Service Management space, with at least 1 year in the ESM, ITSM, or ITOM space, ideally with ServiceNow. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Independent, autonomous work approach with the ability to own and drive a sales cycle. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. High attention to detail and an entrepreneurial attitude. Education / Qualifications: Degree-level qualification preferred. Professional sales training (e.g., CCS, Strategic Selling, Power Base, or Target Account Selling (TAS)) is highly desirable.
