I have a very exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their dynamic IT team on a year contract.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by end-users to minimise downtime and maintain productivity. Provide remote troubleshooting and support for off-site employees via remote access tools. Deploy, update, and manage software applications across the organisation, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements. Handle user account administration tasks such as password resets, account unlocks, and permissions management in Active Directory and other systems. Assist with IT projects, including hardware and software roll-outs, migrations, and upgrades. Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support for new technologies and services. Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: Extensive experience in a Service Desk Analyst position. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
