Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for service matters. Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of service delivery professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Develop and implement strategic service plans aligned with organizational goals. Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the service delivery function. Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, innovative solutions for clients. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in service delivery leadership within the technology sector. Strong expertise in AWS cloud services, digital workplace solutions, and IT infrastructure. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and solve complex problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
