Wycombe Homeless Connection (WHC) is a Christian-led charity based in south Buckinghamshire that works to end homelessness in our community. We make a difference in the lives of local people, stopping homelessness before it starts through our innovative homelessness prevention programmes and reducing the harm homelessness can do with our frontline support and health projects. Our vision is that south Buckinghamshire is transformed into a place where no one loses their home and that there is suitable housing and housing security for all. About the role

Our Services Manager plays a vital role in our charity’s senior leadership team and leads the planning, development and delivery of our support and homelessness prevention services.

Because the Services Manager is on our strategy-setting leadership team there is an occupational requirement that the post-holder be a Christian.

You will be a capable and empathetic manager of people, data and projects. You will be both a part of the team which provides leadership for the charity as well as directly helping to deliver the services making this a varied and interesting role. We are interested in finding someone who shares our values of compassion, respect, trust and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the charity as part of the WHC leadership team Manage and lead the services team of support workers and homelessness prevention workers Service development and project management As well as offering a competitive salary, we are a flexible employer.
