Partner with the best We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subsea Services Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of subsea services projects, from inception to completion. This individual will ensure that projects are completed within the contractual terms, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Subsea Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing project plans for subsea services projects, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Managing project contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and resolving any disputes that may arise. Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and procurement, to ensure successful project execution. Managing project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Communicating regularly with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to provide project updates and address any concerns. Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Conducting post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for process improvements. To be successful in this role you will: Have proven experience in Project Management. Have a commercial mindset with a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions to ensure the project's financial success. Have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects. Have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. PMP certification is a plus.
